Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of performance management processes.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Implement employee engagement programmes to enhance workplace morale.
  • Coordinate health and safety initiatives to promote a safe workplace.
  • Manage HR-related budgets and assess the effectiveness of investments.
  • Act as the point of contact for HR-related queries and issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role

Certifications
