Job Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team in the development of policies and programs that enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee concerns and feedback effectively.
  • Create and maintain communication channels that promote transparency and trust within the organisation.
  • Assist in the development of training materials focused on employee development and conflict resolution.
  • Engage with employees to understand their needs and provide actionable feedback to management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Employee Relations Deep understanding of employee relations frameworks and best practices.
  • HR Policies Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Conflict Resolution Skilled in mediating and resolving workplace disputes.
  • Communication Excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of staff.
  • CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience in Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Familiarity with best practices for fostering inclusive workplaces.
