Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing recruitment processes, developing talent management strategies, and enhancing employee relations within the organization. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is a plus

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR roles
