Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will lead our HR team in developing strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with labour laws. Your expertise in HR management will be crucial in shaping a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current HR policies and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Compile HR reports and present recommendations to senior management.
  • Engage in networking with industry professionals to stay current on HR trends.
  • Ensure adequate resources for employee training and development initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
  • Develop emergency response and crisis management protocols related to HR.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in HR roles with management responsibilities
