Join us as an HR Generalist in Milton Keynes where you will manage HR duties, supporting both employees and leadership in fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
• Oversee employee onboarding, developing orientation programs.
• Stay updated with changes in employment law and best HR practices.
• Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed.
• Resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Ensure accurate and secure HR documentation.
• Assist with annual employee performance reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• CIPD certification or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR or related field
