We are seeking a proactive First-Line Supervisor of Office and Administrative Support Workers to manage a team that drives productivity and efficiency. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certification in management is advantageous
  • Team Management Proficient in leading teams towards achieving operational objectives.
  • Process Improvement Expertise in evaluating and enhancing office processes.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Adept at identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
  • Six Sigma Certification
  • English (Fluent)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools: Experience with customer relationship management software to enhance client interactions.
  • Understanding of GDPR compliance: Knowledge of data protection regulations and their application in office settings.
