Job Description

As an HRIS Analyst, you will be a key player in our HR compliance initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in optimising our Human Resource Information System to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and internal stakeholders to implement best practices and develop analytics that improve our HR processes. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and have experience with HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Document and communicate workflows and system updates to users.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data analytics.
  • Assist in the rollout of new HR initiatives and tools.
  • Develop training materials and lead training sessions for HR staff.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HR to streamline onboarding and employee data management.
  • Actively participate in project meetings to align HRIS with strategic goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their HRIS needs and improve service delivery.
  • Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement within HR.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field with emphasis on HRIS configuration and compliance
