HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll manage a variety of HR tasks aimed at fostering a supportive work environment. Your expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance will be essential as you collaborate with our dynamic teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs and developing job descriptions.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct new hire orientations to embed company culture.
• Organize employee engagement events and initiatives.
• Manage HR databases and maintain confidentiality of employee records.
• Review and update HR policies to reflect company values.
• Provide reports and analytics on HR metrics to management.
• Facilitate training on HR best practices for managers.
• Assist in budget planning for the HR department.
• Encourage a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• CIPD qualification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of HR experience

• CIPD Level 5
• Health and Safety Certification

Languages
