Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be integral in driving HR projects and initiatives, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, enhancing employer branding.
  • Provide guidance on employee benefits and entitlements.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Participate in the development of the company's culture through HR initiatives.
  • Support and advise on compensation and benefits schemes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on new HR policies.
  • Monitor staff wellbeing and contribute to mental health initiatives.

Advantageous

  • Experience with HRIS systems: Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems and ATS platforms.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law: Understanding of the legal framework surrounding employment in the UK.
