Job Description
As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, from recruitment to employee engagement. You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a supportive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment campaigns to meet staffing needs.
Review and enhance HR policies and procedures regularly.
Organise team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
Assist in developing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Provide HR advice to staff on policies and procedures.
Track HR metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
CIPD qualification is a strong advantage
