Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, from recruitment to employee engagement. You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment campaigns to meet staffing needs.
  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures regularly.
  • Organise team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
  • Assist in developing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Provide HR advice to staff on policies and procedures.
  • Track HR metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • CIPD qualification is a strong advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR management experience
