Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Employee Training Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of training programmes within our organisation. This role will focus on enhancing employee skills, boosting productivity, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of training modules and resources.
  • Coordinate with external training providers when necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up evaluations to measure training impact.
  • Create reports on training outcomes and employee development.

  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Training and Development is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in employee training and development.
