We are seeking a proactive Employee Training Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of training programmes within our organisation. Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of training modules and resources.
  • Coordinate with external training providers when necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up evaluations to measure training impact.
  • Create reports on training outcomes and employee development.
  • Foster a learning culture within the organisation.
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Collaborate with HR to integrate training into overall performance management.
  • Advise management on training and development opportunities.
  • Support compliance training initiatives.
  • Promote career development opportunities through training.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Microsoft tools for training materials and presentations.
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience with LMS platforms for managing training courses.
  • Excellent Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective training delivery.
  • Interpersonal Skills Ability to interact and engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with compliance training requirements: Experience in developing compliance training programmes.
  • Proficient in virtual training tools: Ability to conduct training sessions using virtual platforms.
