Job Description

As an HR Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing our talent management strategies. You will collaborate with various departments to implement training programs, workforce planning, and evaluate employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, passionate about developing a skilled workforce that aligns with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute developmental plans that align with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
  • Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Create engaging learning materials and communication strategies for employees.
  • Administer training budgets and assess return on investment for learning activities.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employee skill enhancement.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within training frameworks.
  • Drive initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with training requirements for various roles.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR development or talent management
