As an HR Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing our talent management strategies. You will collaborate with various departments to implement training programs, workforce planning, and evaluate employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Administer training budgets and assess return on investment for learning activities.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employee skill enhancement.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within training frameworks.
• Drive initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with training requirements for various roles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR development or talent management
