The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in HR, possessing experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment strategy, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
• Advise management on HR best practices and compliance matters.
• Track and report on HR metrics to assess departmental effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employee development.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs to foster motivation.
• Provide support in handling workplace disputes and grievances.
• Conduct exit interviews and maintain turnover statistics.
• Engage with employees to understand their needs and concerns.
• Adapt HR strategies to align with evolving business goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• CIPD certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR generalist roles
