Job Description

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and resolve workplace conflicts. You'll be the go-to advisor for management on employee relations matters, liaising with HR to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with employees and management to encourage open communication.
  • Design and deliver training programs on employee relations topics.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of employee relations programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Facilitate focus groups to gather employee feedback.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning for workforce development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for resolving workplace concerns.
  • Assist in developing policies that comply with current regulations.
  • Regularly research and implement best practices in employee relations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies as needed for employee issues.
  • Promote a positive, productive workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Professional HR certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management or employee relations
