Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to implement effective learning strategies and programs. You will assess the training needs of employees and design training programs to enhance their skills and competencies. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments to revisit training needs.
• Implement innovative learning solutions to enhance employee engagement.
• Evaluate training techniques and suggest improvements.
• Work with external vendors for specialized training solutions.
• Prepare and manage training budgets effectively.
• Create a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Learning and Development is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training or development roles

Certifications

• ATD Certification in Training Delivery
• ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
