Responsibilities

• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accuracy of information.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
• CIPD accreditation is highly regarded

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy

Certifications
