Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workplace relations, resolving conflicts, and implementing strategies that promote a positive work environment. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with employment laws, while fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve employee disputes and grievances in a timely manner, fostering a positive working atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with HR teams to address and rectify workplace-related issues effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee relations practices to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Design and implement policies that promote a healthy workplace culture.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to educate employees on workplace rights.
  • Monitor employee feedback and make recommendations to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of employee relations initiatives and propose improvements.
  • Support management in implementing changes that drive employee engagement.
  • Champion conflict resolution strategies and cultural awareness within teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong track record of resolving employee issues
