Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our Nottingham team. In this role, you will support all aspects of HR operations and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions and new hire orientations.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in training sessions for continuous staff development.
  • Monitor employee performance and assist in performance reviews.
  • Manage pay-related queries and assist with payroll processes.
  • Ensure adherence to HR practices and legal requirements.
  • Compile HR metrics and present findings to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources

Certifications
  • CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice
