Job Description

As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving our training initiatives, focusing on enhancing employee skills and professional growth. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery of learning programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess learning needs, develop effective training materials, and implement impactful programs that align with our organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Organise training sessions and workshops to upskill employees.
  • Use analytics to measure training outcomes and prepare reports.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to staff as required.
  • Work alongside other departments to identify skills gaps.
  • Develop long-term development strategies to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Create an inclusive training environment that appeals to diverse learning styles.
  • Set and monitor training KPIs to measure success.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Additional certifications in HR or Training highly regarded
Experience
  • 5 years or more in Learning and Development
