Job Description

As an Orientation Specialist, you'll be pivotal in developing and delivering comprehensive onboarding programmes for new hires. Your role will involve coordinating orientation sessions and providing crucial support to ensure smooth integration into our company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging and informative onboarding sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support to new hires to ensure their success and integration.
  • Evaluate existing onboarding materials and processes to improve effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing department-specific orientation plans.
  • Ensure a positive experience for new employees from day one.
  • Update onboarding resources to reflect company changes and advancements.
  • Liaise with IT and other departments to ensure new hires have necessary tools.
  • Implement best practices in employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Collect and analyse data to assess the effectiveness of onboarding programmes.
  • Cultivate relationships with new employees for continuous support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in employee onboarding or HR roles
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Software
  • Learning Management Systems
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent
