Job Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Manager to drive the operational efficiency of our organisation. The successful candidate will oversee system implementations and improvements, ensuring that our technology aligns with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and enhance workflows, ultimately aiming to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Strategise and implement efficient business solutions.
• Support departments in utilising technology effectively.
• Review business processes and streamline operations.
• Provide analytics to inform decision-making.
• Lead workshops to elicit feedback on systems.
• Develop training materials and guides for end-users.
• Assess the impact of new systems on business performance.
• Engage in vendor management for external systems.
• Coordinate with IT for system upgrades and maintenance.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree in Systems Management is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of relevant experience in business systems and IT

• ITIL Framework

Certifications

• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)

Languages
