Job Description

We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to lead our HR initiatives in Leeds. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to drive employee engagement, compliance, and performance across the organization. This role is pivotal in enhancing our HR function and supporting management in various HR matters.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on employee issues and assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Participate in the development of HR policies and ensure their implementation.
  • Conduct market research to inform compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Support the health and wellbeing initiatives within the organisation.
  • Manage HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
  • Collaborate with external partners to stay updated on HR best practices.
  • Assist in conducting exit interviews to improve retention strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CIPD Level 5 or higher is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
