We are seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join our Nottingham team. This pivotal role involves managing employee relations, promoting a positive workplace culture, and implementing effective HR strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Mediation and conflict resolution between employees and management.
  • Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster communication and engagement between staff and leadership.
  • Advise management on employee relations best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Monitor employee morale and engagement levels through surveys.
  • Facilitate training on workplace policies and procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with HR trends and changes in legislation.
  • Coordinate and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Organization Development preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in employee relations or HR management
