Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee relations function within the HR department.
  • Guide managers in resolving workplace issues and concerns.
  • Ensure that all HR activities are compliant with relevant laws and best practices.
  • Collaborate on the design of employee wellness and support programs.
  • Engage in proactive communication strategies to enhance employee trust.
  • Assist with conducting training for managerial staff on handling employee relations.
  • Analyze and report trends related to employee satisfaction and grievances.
  • Organize team-building activities to foster a sense of community.
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks and manuals.
  • Coordinate internal communications regarding HR-related topics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Organization Development preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in employee relations or HR management
