Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Advise employees on HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and programs.
  • Track HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Partner with team leaders to address their HR needs.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair practices.
  • Oversee employee records and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in an HR Generalist role
