Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will take the lead in designing and implementing competitive compensation packages for our top executives. Your expertise in executive compensation, governance, and compliance will be crucial as you navigate this dynamic role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual executive compensation planning process.
  • Perform detailed market research to guarantee competitive compensation practices.
  • Work with finance and legal teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Prepare presentations for the Compensation Committee of the Board.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programmes and adjust as necessary.
  • Guide the compensation team to ensure accuracy in data management.
  • Stay abreast of developments in executive compensation practices.
  • Foster collaboration with HR partners to ensure alignment with all stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in executive compensation
Technical Skills
  • Expert knowledge of executive compensation laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and HR teams
Certifications
  • Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent

  • Experience in managing compensation programmes for multinational companies: Demonstrated ability to design and execute compensation strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience in designing and implementing equity-based awards: Proven expertise in developing and administering stock options and deferred compensation plans.
