Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing support to employees regarding their benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and handle any regulatory audits.
  • Provide support to employees regarding their benefits, handling queries with professionalism and care.
  • Work with third-party vendors to manage benefits programs effectively.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees about their benefits options.
  • Compile and analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs.
  • Assist in developing communication materials regarding benefits.
  • Manage enrolment processes and maintain up-to-date benefits records.
  • Ensure that data is managed in compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
  • Develop relationships with insurance carriers to negotiate better terms.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration or related role.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of employee benefit programs and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
Certifications
  • CIPD certification or equivalent
Languages
  • English: Fluent
