Job Description

Join our HR team as a Generalist in Birmingham. You will manage various HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of HR best practices to contribute to our thriving work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and organisational objectives.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and 360-degree feedback initiatives.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and mediation among staff.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover data.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulations related to HR.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs and ensure employees are informed.
  • Help develop HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Master's degree or CIPD qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of comprehensive HR experience
