We're on the lookout for a proactive Talent Director to spearhead our recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract the best candidates for our clients. This role involves leading a team of recruiters and collaborating closely with hiring managers to tailor our approach to meet diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent acquisition strategies tailored to specific roles and industries.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilise analytics and feedback to continuously improve recruitment practices.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance employer branding and attract talent.
• Conduct market research to understand hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
• Oversee recruitment campaigns and promotional events to attract talent.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the recruitment team, encouraging sharing of best practices.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
• Review and manage vendor partnerships for recruitment tools and platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Professional certification in recruitment or HR management is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role
