Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and conduct interviews.
  • Enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR documentation in compliance with policies.
  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Organise training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Aid in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify areas of improvement.
  • Support compliance audits and HR-related regulatory requirements.
  • Implement strategies to support employee wellbeing.
  • Facilitate performance improvement plans as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant field is preferable
Experience
  • 5 years of comprehensive HR experience is a plus
