Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate with HR to address issues affecting workforce morale.
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
Monitor trends in employee relations and recommend improvements.
Assist in the development of policies related to employee conduct.
Provide reports and insights on employee relations metrics.
Collaborate with external agencies on related employee issues.
Support the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in employee relations or HR advisory roles
