Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team in Birmingham. This role involves managing various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance with labour laws. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of HR practices and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on HR best practices to management.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
  • Collaborate with management to address workforce planning needs.
  • Conduct investigations related to employee grievances.
  • Organize company-wide training sessions and workshops.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • CIPD certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR role
