As a Human Resources Specialist, also known as a Morale Officer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee motivation and engagement. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that promote a positive workplace atmosphere, organizing team-building initiatives, and developing recognition programs that highlight individual and team achievements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new morale-boosting programs and events.
  • Engage with employees regularly to understand their needs and aspirations.
  • Utilize metrics to track the success of engagement initiatives.
  • Develop content for internal communications to promote company values and morale.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and address potential morale issues proactively.
Job Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • Additional HR certifications are a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • HR Software Familiarity with HR software for managing employee engagement.
  • Interpersonal Skills Exceptional ability to connect with people and build relationships.
  • Organizational Skills Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
  • English (Fluent)
