Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist who is passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating their onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize social media and professional networks for talent sourcing.
  • Assess candidates through various screening methods, including skills assessments.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to promote company brand.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
  • Advise management on employment laws and recruitment policies.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Professional certification in recruitment is desirable
Experience
  • At least 4 years of solid recruitment experience
