Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead our HR department in Cardiff. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, driving engagement, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Responsibilities
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture and morale.
Support managers with employee performance evaluations and improvement plans.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies.
Review and update employee handbooks and guidelines.
Engage in continuous HR professional development.
Foster strong relationships with employees to promote trust.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus
Experience
7+ years of experience in HR management or employee relations
