Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Employee Engagement Specialist to bolster our training and development team in Windsor. This role will involve assessing employee engagement levels, designing targeted initiatives, and ensuring our employees feel valued and motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing engagement initiatives and recommend enhancements based on feedback.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding engagement activities.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcomed and informed.
• Lead workshops to promote work-life balance and mental well-being.
• Support HR in developing policies that encourage a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement or training and development roles
