Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the recruitment process and ensuring our clients are matched with the best candidates. You'll be responsible for conducting candidate assessments, coordinating interviews, and providing invaluable guidance throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients.
  • Facilitate the interview and selection process effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advise clients on market trends and talent availability.
  • Utilise recruitment software and databases to manage candidate information.
  • Conduct skills assessments and psychometric testing as needed.
  • Participate in networking events and job fairs to source candidates.
  • Deliver training sessions for clients on recruitment best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications in HR/R recruitment preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
