Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to play a pivotal role in our team in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts ensuring a diverse talent pool.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
• Develop and review HR policies ensuring compliance with current legislation.
• Organise and deliver training for employees to support their growth.
• Track and analyse HR metrics to inform HR strategy.
• Collaborate with management to implement employee retention strategies.
• Promote a culture of learning and development within the organisation.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting for HR functions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• CIPD Level 7 qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role
