Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. This role will serve as a strategic partner and will focus on enhancing employee engagement, organisational development, and compliance with labour laws. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in HR management and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan human resource management systems and processes.
  • Implement effective talent management strategies to retain top talent.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices to staff.
  • Collaborate with leadership on organisational change initiatives.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to promote a culture of feedback.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and competency frameworks.
  • Manage HR metrics and data analysis to drive insights for decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Professional certification in HR management is an asset
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
