Job Description

We are seeking an Employee Relations Manager who possesses strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of HR practices. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with workplace policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead employee relations initiatives and provide guidance on various HR practices.
  • Handle complex employee relations cases and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Develop policies aimed at building a positive workplace environment.
  • Conduct trainings regarding compliance and employee relations strategies.
  • Work with managers to develop effective performance management solutions.
  • Compile reports on employee relations trends and recommend actions.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion programs to further workplace equality.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • CIPD Level 7 is a strong advantage
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in employee relations and HR strategy
