Job Description

As an HR Generalist in our Glasgow office, you will be responsible for executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with employees and leadership to enhance our human resources practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding.
  • Advise employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and follow-up reviews.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and analytics.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills.
  • Support talent management and succession planning.
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and data protection.
  • Support change management within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is acceptable
  • CIPD qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of human resources experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
