HR Policy Advisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Policy Advisor to join our Swansea team. If you are passionate about shaping HR policies that promote employee wellbeing and organizational effectiveness, this is the ideal role for you. You will collaborate with senior management to develop robust HR frameworks and ensure compliance with current legislation.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise existing HR policies to better meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
• Provide expert advice on HR matters to departments across the organization.
• Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure all policies comply with employment law.
• Conduct audits and assessments of HR practices and recommend improvements.
• Manage communication of HR policy changes to all employees.
• Collect and analyze data on HR policy effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives around diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
• Work with the HR team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related disciplines
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in HR with specific experience in policy advising

Certifications

• CIPD Level 5

Languages

• English: Fluent
