Job Description
We are looking for an HR Policy Specialist to join our HR team in Swansea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies that align with our company values and legal standards.
Responsibilities
Analyse and interpret HR data to inform policy decisions.
Foster an inclusive culture through effective policy communication.
Represent the HR department in meetings and discussions regarding policy changes.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry regulations and compliance issues.
Evaluate the impact of implemented policies and suggest improvements where necessary.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience
3-5 years of experience in HR policy development or related roles
