Responsibilities
Coordinate all recruitment activities and support hiring managers in the selection process.
Manage onboarding logistics, ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
Keep employee databases updated and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
Assist in planning employee training sessions and workshops.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Assist in maintaining company policies and procedure documentation.
Help promote a positive workplace culture by organising team-building activities.
Participate in performance appraisal processes to gather feedback and analyze results.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role or similar
