Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Advisor to lead training initiatives that empower our workforce. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of training policies and procedures.
  • Assess the impact of training initiatives on employee productivity.
  • Facilitate mentorship programs for continuous professional growth.
  • Coordinate with external training providers to enhance skill development resources.
  • Prepare reports on training metrics and outcomes for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • CIPD accredited qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on training
