As an HR Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with comprehensive HR services. Your expertise will help shape effective HR strategies, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with current employment legislation. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to provide guidance on key HR issues.

Job Responsibilities
  • Guide clients in developing a positive workplace culture.
  • Facilitate workshops on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Assist in succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Help resolve conflicts through mediation and consultation.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives as required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is desirable
  • HR Policy Development Skilled in creating and implementing HR policies.
  • Employment Law In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
  • Employee Relations Expertise in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
  • Training Facilitation Experienced in delivering effective training and workshops.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving HR issues.
  • Negotiation Strong negotiation skills with the ability to mediate disputes.
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with remote work policies: Familiarity with HR practices for managing remote teams.
  • Change management experience: Experience in guiding organisations through change initiatives.
