Responsibilities
Conduct job evaluations and market comparisons to inform salary structures.
Engage with employees to explain benefits options and answer questions.
Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to adhere to regulations.
Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of compensation strategies.
Investigate discrepancies in pay and recommend solutions.
Assist in developing strategies to attract and retain talent through compensation.
Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and budgeting tasks.
Advantageous
Experience in a multinational environment: Experience working with diverse teams across multiple countries.
Project management experience: Ability to manage projects related to compensation and benefits initiatives.
