Job Description

As an HR Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimising our HRIS functionalities to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and a thorough understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve HR processes and system design.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for HRIS processes and functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HRIS users.
  • Evaluate vendor services and manage relationships with external HR technology providers.
  • Prepare regular HR reports, highlighting key metrics for analysis.
  • Participate in system testing and validation during upgrades and implementations.
  • Assist with the development of user guides and training materials for HRIS.
  • Support the development of HR policies in line with system capabilities.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant legislation and HR best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR systems management or analysis
