Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning Development Consultant to join our team in Reading. The ideal candidate will help design and implement training programs that enhance employee performance and align with organisational objectives. This role emphasises the importance of continuous learning and development within workforce culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to identify learning opportunities.
  • Curate training content that supports employee development goals.
  • Facilitate group discussions to enhance peer learning.
  • Monitor and assess progress of training initiatives.
  • Implement best practices for adult learning principles.
  • Remain current with industry standards and develop innovative training solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management on learning impact.
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing professional development of staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Education or HR are a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in training and development
