Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment process and assist with sourcing candidates.
Provide support for employee relations, addressing concerns and mediating conflicts.
Ensure adherence to HR regulations and best practices.
Facilitate training and development sessions to boost employee skills.
Handle benefits administration and employee compensation inquiries.
Welcome new employees and guide them through the onboarding process.
Manage performance review processes and career development initiatives.
Maintain and organize HR documentation and files.
Liaise with management to understand and meet HR needs.
Engage in strategic HR projects and initiatives to foster a supportive workplace.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
CIPD certification highly regarded
Experience
3+ years of HR experience in various HR functions
