Job Description

We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process and assist with sourcing candidates.
  • Provide support for employee relations, addressing concerns and mediating conflicts.
  • Ensure adherence to HR regulations and best practices.
  • Facilitate training and development sessions to boost employee skills.
  • Handle benefits administration and employee compensation inquiries.
  • Welcome new employees and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Manage performance review processes and career development initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize HR documentation and files.
  • Liaise with management to understand and meet HR needs.
  • Engage in strategic HR projects and initiatives to foster a supportive workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD certification highly regarded
Experience
  • 3+ years of HR experience in various HR functions
