As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Postgraduate certification in Learning and Development is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in corporate training and development
